We dispatch orders worldwide (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your piece of sporting history to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We understand that sometimes a garment may not be the perfect fit. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as your journey through our collection of classic international, European, and national team wear should be.

Key Policy Points

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number is required for all returns.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided at the bottom of this page to ensure we have all necessary details.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.
  3. Pack Securely: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RA number and name.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Refunds, Reimbursements & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Timing: Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

For exchanges, once we receive and approve the returned item, we will dispatch the new item to you. You will be notified with a new tracking number. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Important Notes & Non-Returnable Items

To protect the integrity of our specialised collection and our community of collectors, please note the following exceptions:

  • Personalised or Customised Items: Any jersey or apparel customised with a name, number, or other personalisation cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase is non-returnable.
  • Hygiene & Safety: For the safety of all our customers, items classified as Kids wear that have had hygiene tags removed are non-returnable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.
