• Methods: We offer Standard Shipping (via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days, £12.95) and Free Shipping on orders over £50 (via EMS, 15-25 business days).
• Delivery & Risk: Delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon their delivery to the provided address.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our commitment to your satisfaction is detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from receipt of item.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalised/customised items, final sale/clearance items, and kids’ wear with removed hygiene tags.
• Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after approved return inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items (unless faulty/incorrect) and must follow the returns process, including obtaining a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
